Shipping & Delivery

We use USPS (the United States Postal Service) as the principal shipping method, from USA to any worldwide address virtually, including the major destination such as USA, Europe, Australia, etc. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Normally we ship in the same business day for orders placed before 1PM PST, paid by Google Checkout or Paypal. Time of transit varies depending on where you are located and where your package is coming from. For some remote places,the delivery time may be delayed a few days. For several reasons, you may not receive your order as scheduled, that includes: different shipping and billing addresses, billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card record, and orders that can't be verified by phone. Furthermore, orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day. Shipping charges are calculated by the actual weight of items, and the shipping method you choose.
