These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to your purchase of products and/or services and support ("Product") sold in the eTech.com. By accepting delivery of the product, you accept and are bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Etech owns and operates the eTech.com website. Etech and any related words domain names and logos are trademarks and are the property of Etech. All other product names, company names, logos and trademarks cited herein and at any location on the Etech website are the property of their respective owners. Etech has absolutely no affiliation with any of these owners and any use of anything owned by these companies. Anthing used on this website without permission, is property of their respective owners.
Order Acceptance
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Etech, payment must be received by Etech prior to Etech's acceptance of an order. Etech is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by Etech and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
Shipping
Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Unless you provide Etech with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of product and the product ship-to location, you are responsible for sales and other taxes (8.375% tax rate in NY)associated with the order. Shipping dates are estimates only.
Warranties
The limited warranties applicable the product bought from Etech is 30 days. 30-day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by the product manufacture or Etech will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownershiip only.
The warranty protects against Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) and any manufacturing defects. If the product is physically damaged on arrival (shipping damage) you must contact us and ask for the Tracking Number within 7(seven) days after the receiving date for an exchange. Otherwise, the product will be considered as broken by the customer. After first 30 days, only the warranty provided by the original manufacturer will be in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by products or manufacturers.
Return & Exchanges
You must contact us directly before you attempt to return product to obtain an authorized Tracking Number for you to include with your return. You must return product to us in their original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging product. Additional fees may apply. If you fail to follow the return or exchange instructions and policies provided by Etech, Etech is not responsible for product that is lost, damaged, modified or otherwise processed for disposal or resale. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without the prior approval issued by Etech.
Wrong product received/ordered
If you receives a product different from that you ordered, you has seven (7) days since the date of receipt to request a tracking number. You must return the product in original condition. Damages on the product, you need to pay from at least 15% of the price of the prodcut to full charge.
If you made a wrong order, you has seven (7) days since the date of receipt to request return or exchange. For return product, you will get 80% refund and pay all the shipping charges. The product must be returned in original condition. Damages on the product, you need to pay from at least 15% of the price of the product to full charge.

You agree to abide and adhere to all applicable local, provincial, federal and international laws and regulations when using Etech. You agree to use Etech in a means that may be a violation of third party rights, including intellectual property rights.You will not use Etech or any products for illegal purpose. Etech may not be used to post or convey unlawful, harassing, privacy invading, abusive, libelous, threatening, harmful, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, or objecitonable material whatsoever. Etech may not be used to communicate commercial advertisements, pyramid schemes, chain letters, encoded binary files, job offers or personal ads. Etech may not be used to provide materials that contain viruses or other contaminatingor destructive features. Etech may not be held responsible or liable for any kind of damages that arise via the use of public posting areas of the Etech website. This will include, but is not limited to, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages.
Limitation of Liability
ETECH DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, ETECH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. YOU AGREE THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCT, ETECH IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AMOUNT INVOICED FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT TO THE CONTRARY, THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL APPLY EVEN IF SUCH REMEDIES FAIL THEIR ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
Govering laws and Jurisdiction

This will occur without regard to the conflicts of laws principals thereof.
