Warranty
The limited Warranty Time applicable to the product bought from eTech.com
within 30 days. 30-day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that
provides for either repair or replacement of merchandise that has been
confirmed as defective. Otherwise eTech.com will either be exchanged or
repaired at our sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownership only.The
warranty protects against Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) and any manufacturing defects.
After first 30 days, only the warranty provided by the original manufacturer
will be in effect. Warranties may vary by products or manufacturers.
Return & Refunds
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization # ( RMA # ) within 7 days
after the receiving date for an exchange or refund. Otherwise, the product will
be considered as damaged by the customer. RMA # is valid for 14 days only. Any
products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
Please email
Etech.com customer representative at service@etech.com to submit your return
request. All returns will be evaluated by our technical team. Please confirm
your personal info is accurate and effective. eTech.com will not responsible
for refund if out of touch with you. We will not handle your case any longer
after 14 days. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and
handling charges.
Wrong
Order
If you receives a product different from what you ordered, you has 7 days since
the date of receipt to request a RMA#. You must return the product in original
condition with all accessories, manuals, and blank warranty cards. Damages or
missing accessories on the product, you need to pay at least 20% of product
value. Returns without valid RMA numbers will be discarded.
If you place a
wrong order, you have 7 days since the date of receipt to request return for
refund or exchange. If you would like to exchange an item for a correct one
,you will be responsible for return shipping fee and reshipping fee as well as
any difference in price. If you would like a refund , you will get 80% of the
item price (excluding postage costs). The product must be returned in original
condition with all miscellaneous accessories. Damages or missing accessories on
the product, you need to pay from at least 20% of the price of the product to
full charge.(you need to pay at least 20% of product value)
Lost/Out-of-Stock
Item
An item is considered lost if it does not reach the buyer after 3 weeks of
delivery in US. After the 3rd week, the buyer is eligible for a full refund or
a reship.eTech.com is responsible for the reshipping fee. However, to
international orders, Processing of Clearance in Customs may cause delay.
As for the out-of-stock item, if the buyer does not want to wait for an
out-of-stock item, there are two situations:
1. For the costumers already paid by PayPal, the charges will be
reimbursedvia PayPal.
2. For the costumers chose to pay by credit card, the item and the order will
be simply cancelled. The credit card will not be charged.
Return
Charges
Return product must be in their original packaging. You are responsible for
risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging product.
All shipping charges is NON-Refundable unless agreed by eTech.com. 20%
restocking fee will be imposed if shipment is refused at time of delivery.
If you fail to
follow the return or exchange instructions or policies provided by eTech.com,
eTech.com is not responsible for product which is lost, damaged, modified or
processed for disposal or resale. We reserve the right to refuse the return or
charge a 20% restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns or
exchanges will be accepted without the prior approval issued by eTech.com.
International Returns
International Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and loss or
damage of return shipments. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding
shipping and handling charges. eTech will not responsible for all
shipping charges, duties, taxes and other import fees imposed by international
customs laws which may vary by origin of import.
